In our school counseling classroom lessons, students learn about how they make choices and how they learn. The more they practice and apply their skills, the more successful they can become throughout their lives.
PAWS stands for Personal, Academic, World (Life/Career topics), and Social/Emotional. The School Counseling Curriculum focuses on each of these important skills, and is shared with Junior Kindergarten through Fourth grade. This curriculum builds student awareness, skill development, and appreciation of skills needed in everyday life.
