Congratulations to Mrs. Sarah Hill on becoming a National Board Certified Teacher! She has joined 4 other Howards Grove educators in a growing community of more than 122,000 Board-certified teachers across all 50 states. Each of these accomplished educators has earned the profession’s highest mark of achievement through a rigorous, performance-based, peer-review process, demonstrating their proven impact on student learning and achievement. Recognized as the “gold standard” in teacher certification, the National Board believes higher standards for teachers means better learning for students.

Mrs. Hill teaches English at the high school and has been with the Howards Grove School District since graduating from Carroll University. She previously earned her Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction and has now achieved NBCT status in English Language Arts / Adolescence And Young Adulthood. She is one of only 92 educators in the state of Wisconsin, and one of only 8,225 educators in the nation, with this specific certification.
