Each of these accomplished educators has earned the profession’s highest mark of achievement through a rigorous, performance-based, peer-review process, demonstrating their proven impact on student learning and achievement. Mrs. Hill teaches English at the high school and has been with the Howards Grove School District since graduating from Carroll University. She previously earned her Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction and has now achieved NBCT status in English Language Arts / Adolescence And Young Adulthood. She is one of only 92 educators in the state of Wisconsin, and one of only 8,225 educators in the nation, with this specific certification.
