The PTO has been busy this fall and thanks to all of our Howards Grove families for the continued support!
Family Nights continue to be a very successful fundraiser for us. This fall, we were able to bring in $1,173.69 from three family nights at Culver’s, Papa John’s, and Log Cabin.
Dine, Dash, and Save a Little Cash was a hit! What a great family/community event. Thanks to all who stopped by to do some shopping at the garage sale, grabbed a bit to eat at one of the many awesome food trucks, or even did a few sprints around our Fun Run course! We hope to bring this event back again next year so stay tuned!
By supporting the PTO through all of our fundraising activities, your money is going right back into the three schools within our district. This Fall we had a number of Teacher Requests and because of your support we have been able to provide funding for the following:
- Breakfast and Books
- Scholarships
- Busing for Field Trips
- iPads
- 6 OSMO Kits
- Various Presentations
- MakerSpace Supplies
- Smart Board
- AND SO MUCH MORE!!!

On Friday, February 16th, 2018, the PTO will be holding the annual Winter Carnival at Northview. Doors open at 5:30pm and close at 8:00pm. Start with a family pizza dinner in the lunchroom, followed by a number of activities to check out, including:
- Face Painting
- Games
- Visit with the Surprise Guests
- Book Fair
- Raffle for Classroom Baskets
- 50/50 Raffle
- Silent Auction
WANTED!!!- We are looking for Silent Auction Donations and Volunteers for the evening. If you would like to contribute to the Silent Auction, please contact Sara Dassow at SaraDassow@gmail.com. If you have an hour or two to spare and you would like to help volunteer, please contact Jennie Cassity at cassity@wi.rr.com.
The Winter Carnival is our BIGGEST fundraiser, typically bringing in over $10,000 each year. All of these proceeds help benefit our three schools, so please consider helping support us, making this another great year!!!

One of our biggest purchases for the PTO was the playground set at Northview. We want to express our gratitude again to all of those that supported us throughout our fundraising efforts. Come to one of our meetings! We welcome anyone- Parents, Staff Members, Teachers, and Students- to attend our PTO meetings. Meetings are held on the Thursdays referenced below at 6:30 p.m. in the Northview Library. Free child care is provided.
