On Tuesday, December 5th, the Junior Kindergarten families of Northview
Elementary gathered for their 11th Annual Gingerbread House making
event! Each December, JK families come together to create their oneof-
a-kind gingerbread house. On this night, a container of frosting becomes
the glue to hold various candies and graham crackers to a small carton of
milk and magically a gingerbread house is created. With a contribution
from each family, there was a large assortment of items for decorating.
Some families left with a colorful Christmas decoration while others left
with an irresistible sweet treat for snacking.
We would like to thank Bill at The Howards Grove Piggly Wiggly for donating
the meat trays which served as the gingerbread house foundation!
